Product Warranty Details

Coverage Period: The New Product Limited Warranty provides coverage for moving parts and the main PC board on all products for the first one hundred and twenty (120) days after your product was received.

Return and Replacement: Defective products or product parts must be shipped back to Barron Games at the customer's expense for warranty work or part replacement. Advanced-replacement parts must be paid for in advance of shipment, with a credit issued upon the return of the defective part (if under warranty) within 10 days of receiving the replacement.

Exclusions: The 120-Day Limited Product Warranty does not cover the following:

  • I. Tabletop breakage
  • II. Product abuse or misuse
  • III. Product cleaning and routine maintenance
  • IV. Physical or cosmetic damage to the product
  • V. Stuck or jammed coin mechanisms caused by improper usage
  • VI. Damage incurred during moving, shipping, or repairing the product
  • VII. Damage incurred due to normal wear-and-tear or non-standard gameplay
  • VIII. Damage caused by acts of God, weather, water, lightning or electrical damage, extreme heat or cold
  • IX. Damage from unauthorized repair work or the installation of unauthorized parts or upgrades
  • X. Damage during shipping/transit from our warehouse or partners

Warranty Expiration: This warranty will become null and void if:

  • Anyone other than authorized Barron Games personnel attempts repairs, modifications, or alterations not instructed by an authorized service technician.
  • The product is dropped, knocked over, abused, or physically damaged while at your location or during transportation or shipping to/from our warehouse.
  • The product is placed outdoors, in direct sunlight, rain, cold, heat, or a humid area. Please refer to the Product Instruction Manual for a list of installation restrictions.
