Returns & Refunds
At The Gameroom King, we understand that situations arise, which is why we proudly offer our customers a 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. Should you need to return an item for ANY reason, you have a 30-day window to do so, with only the requirement to cover return shipping and a possible restocking fee.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to all returns, depending on the supplier and brand of the purchased product.
To initiate a return, customers must contact The Gameroom King's Team to obtain a return authorization number. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming its arrival and assess its condition. Approval or rejection of your refund will be based on the item's condition and functionality. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be returned to your original payment method within three days to three weeks, subject to your payment method and/or your bank's processing time.
Items eligible for return/exchange must be in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original product packaging and accessories.
Refunds typically take up to 3 business days to be processed.
